Overview

This website is run by Badass Banners ("we", "us"). By using badassbanners.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Orders and pricing

Banners are priced at $4 per square foot, rounded up to the next full square foot. You see the exact price before you pay. Shipping is $10 per order, or free on orders of $200 or more. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a price was shown wrongly because of a technical error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.

Custom orders are final

Every banner is made to order, so all sales are final. You're responsible for checking the spelling, names, dates and size in your design before you order. We print exactly what you approve in the designer. Once production starts, orders can't be cancelled, returned or refunded. If a banner has a printing defect or is damaged in shipping and you tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos, we'll reprint or replace it (not a cash refund). Your designs and content

You're responsible for the text, photos and images you add to your banner. By ordering, you confirm that you have the right to use them and that they don't break anyone's copyright, trademark or privacy. We may refuse to print content that is illegal, hateful, or infringes someone else's rights.
You give us permission to use your content only to make and ship your order. We won't use your personal photos or names in our marketing without asking you first.

Templates and clipart

Our templates, clipart and site design belong to Badass Banners. You can use them on banners you order from us. Please don't copy them for other uses.

Colors and accuracy

Screens show colors differently, so printed colors can vary slightly from what you see on your device. That's normal and isn't a defect.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to reprinting or replacing that order, and never more than the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect losses, such as an event that didn't go as planned because of a carrier delay.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
