Shipping policy

Shipping

Shipping is a flat $10 per order, and FREE on orders of $200 or more. We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Turnaround

Every banner is custom made, with a 3-business-day turnaround. We print overnight, so most orders ship the next business day after you order, and at the latest the day after that.
Business days are Monday to Friday. Holidays don't count as business days.

Delivery

Once your banner ships, delivery time depends on the carrier and where you are. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking when it's on its way.
While it would be badass to control the weather, storms in certain parts of the country can delay some carriers, which is out of our control.

Damaged in shipping

If your banner arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage and the package. We'll reprint and reship it for free. See our refund policy (/policies/refund-policy): all banners are custom made, so we don't offer cash refunds or returns.

Wrong address or lost package

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reship for free if an address was entered wrong. If a package is lost or shows as delivered but you can't find it, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to sort it out.
